General Information

The priority of the Business Faculty is to educate and produce business people and scientists who can accommodate themselves to the changing dynamics of both local and global business structures within the framework of ethical values. Furthermore, the programs strive to provide the transmission of information and first-rate education through theory and practice. Therefore, the candidates who will graduate from our faculty are expected to escalate productivity in the private or public sector institutions, to be able to solve problems with good communication and relationship skills and to be entrepreneurial individuals with innovative goals. Equally important, the graduate is also expected to be equipped with the ability to constantly adapt to the modifying conditions of the business environment, to develop themselves in a competitive surrounding and to demonstrate respect for social values.
The Department of Business Administration aims to develop research and application based-projects for problem-solving, to exhibit managerial and entrepreneurial skills grounded in theoretical information, to conduct researches in the field of technology and programs which are dominated by basic concepts and applications, to make comparisons in management and organization issues at local and global level. In addition, graduates are expected to approach management issues with an objective and ethical mindset that can effectively evaluate and interpret proposals and develop practical solutions via criticalmanagerial decision making processes. As a result, the program is designed to givegraduates that can act in accordance with global standards, norms and social values inlight of their developed critical thinking, verbal and written communication competence, numerical comparison abilities and analysis skills.

Graduates will be qualified for employment in production management, marketing, human resources, sales, as well as finance and accounting positions in profit and non- profit institutions regardless of public or private sectors, national and international.
